I'm on citalopram 10mg, is okay if I take Tylenol PM extra strength? I need help sleeping asap?

I've been on citalopram 10mg for six days and I am having the worst nights sleep ever... EVER. Practically none. So is it okay to take Tylenol PM Extra Strength to help me sleep at night?

I'm new on Celexa and I feel stoned?

I have been taking sertraline for one week 50 mg at night. My heart is racing so bad I can hardly breathe. I also take 150 mg of wellbutrin in the morning which I have been taking for many years.
