I picked up a script today for the above. It is supposed to be for arthritis pain in knees, but on the box, the pharmacy label and monograph it says for "actinic keratosis". Can anyone tell me why? Pharmacist said it is definitely used for arthritis pain.

I have used Efudix before for actinic keratosis but can't remember at what stage you stop using it. I don't want to carry on for more time than needed. The lesion is returning in the same place(nose) as before ( two years ago.)

I have several areas of AK on my face. I applied Picato as instructed, washed off this morning, applied moisturizer. When I went to apply sun screen later, I noticed a good sized blister to left of my lip (lower cheek). Is this normal? Any recommendations? Should I discontinue treatment?

Normally .05% is for body use but dermatologist indicated that better results were achieved with stronger Picato with no downside.
