my 9M old baby has been diagnosed infantile spasm and has been treated with ACTH and Prednisone and she has tremors during the treatment process when the usage of ACTH and Prednisone are over 25mg per day. I want to know whether the tremor is caused by the above two drugs?

I show most of the symptoms of adrenal insufficiency like skin bronzing of exposed parts, exhaustion etc. I did an 8am test according to which my serum cortisol was 145ng/ml and acth was 25.00. I'm still not convinced. What more tests should I do? I'm considering acth stimulation or ...

I have been diagnosed with Addison's but am wondering if anything else I am taking could mimic it in my bloodwork? Now my ACTH is high and my Cortisol is also high. Thanks
