I have terrible cramping and pulling sensations in my upper and lower abdomen, I have been told I have dense adhesions in my pelvis, my bowel is stuck too my abdominal wall and my omentum stuck to the peritoneum. Is the pulling and tightening sensations I get a result of the adhesions?
