Is there any sulpha or penisillin in tramadol?

Tramadol is to relieve acute pain. There is no sulfa or penicillin in it.

Tramadol is just Tramadol, nothing added. You can get a version called Tramacet, which contain Tramadol & Paracetamol

I'm really not sure why people think there are hidden medications they don't tell us about. Tramadol is the drug, if it had more they'd tell you. Its for pain, not infection so why would antibiotics be in it?
