my weight is 58 , i wnt to increase it to 70.i study till late nights so getting thinner.height 5.9''. age 24... i dnt have time for work out.. plz suggest me some foods and creatine or supplements
I would like to suggest adding natural peanut butter(a couple of tablespoons) several times a day, add to shakes, eat it on whole grain baegles (more calories that bread),or whatever. Smuckers makes a natural brand without trans or partialy hydro fats. This is important because of the risk plaque on your arteries. 2 tabelspoons of "Smuckers Natural Peanut Butter" has 200 Cals 7gms of protein and 0 trans fat. You may try some health shakes but make sure you are at least getting your daily multivitamis as well as enough iron since you are still in child bearing age. Raisens are excellent to snack on with nuts(carry them with you and eat them while studing, easy to snack on while driving b/c not messy or distracting). I just hope you don't have nut allergies. Hi, i was also going to suggest nuts. Very good for you with a high calorie content. Also cheese is a good source of protein and high calories, don't eat too much as it has a very high fat content. Pasta also is good and high carbs. Ensure is a good high calorie food supplement drink. But you can drink it in addition to food. Bananas are also reasonably high in calories for a fruit and a good source of potassium. Good luck with the weight increase!
I wanna suggest pasta spaghetti goes a long way only cost like 1$ omething a pund can by sauce for like 2$ mac and cheese affordable tuna noodle cassarole egg noodles cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup with a can of tuna good vitamin wise. Peanut butter like they said very good even with toast dip in coffee or tea even juice very nice. Pot piew very affordable usually less than 1$ each and has everything you need. Potato soup peel and boil potatoes til soft get some cheese sauce add it with a little milk any kind of meat can be added if you have a little and in with potatoes before chees can make like 10 lb bag of potatoes a lot of soup for like 10$ so you actually eat for a month single person for $60 or about 2$ a day I can help you more if you wanna pq me by the way sanwhiches put on weight breads and pasta carbs boxers and athletes do that for weight gain.
If you can carnation breakfast drinks have all the viatmins you need come in choc,van,strw and you get 10packs for like 6 dollars and milk to it and drink so id have one of thse a day with the pastas for dinner for lunch peanut butter sandwhich with your stomache being shrunk like it is take it easy eat a little at a time maybe a few bites an hr lites try 5 an hr to start and wrk our way up from there to 8 to 10 every 2 hrs and go on from there till you can get to breakfast lunch dinner snack once or twice a day the key is to buy in large pack so you can use it for more than one meal.
