Hi, wineweed,

Weight Watchers! Why, because it works, is NOT a diet, but IS a lifestyle.

As you know, Phentermine is a stimulant similar to an amphetamine. It acts as an appetite suppressant by affecting the central nervous system. Phentermine is used together with diet and exercise to treat obesity (overweight) in people with risk factors such as high blood pressure, high cholesterol, or diabetes.

Instead of looking for another pill to DIET, try something tried and true like Weight Watchers for life. I lost 40 lbs. and have kept it off for 2 years.

Just try it. You can eat anything you want, but it is work. A lot more work that taking a pill with a glass of water. Your weight loss is safe, slow and you learn so much about foods, moving around more, and nutrition.

All the best to you in your weight loss journey,
