It has been approx 2 weeks since last 2mg suboxone because I relapsed with percocet. My last vicodin was june 23rd and went on sub. I herniated my L4/L5 with moderate stenosis so went to the doc and he gave me the percs 90 so the addict that I am I gobbled them down and did not go to my sub doc. I am now two weeks since sub and 72 hours at 2pm today from percs. I just need some encouragment as I don't feel so bad today and want to get some.
Please hang in there. You can fight this urge. Congratulations on your giving up the percs and not returning to the sub. You don't need the addiction anymore, I promise. Living a life free from those chains is rewarding to say the least. Are you having any withdrawl symptoms? Are you fimilar with the Thomas Recipe? It is OTC remedies for withdrawl symptoms. Google it if you are curious.
Addiction is a tricky monkey. You are doing the right thing by reaching out for support. Having a strong network of supportive people around you will be invaluable over the next weeks and months. Keep up the fight my friend and keep in touch as often as you need to,
Are you free from the doggie butt yet? lol Sorry I couldn't resist. Glad you are hanging in there. Keep in touch and all you have to do is click on the person's icon and then click on the make a friend button to make someone your friend. I just friended you so if you friend me we can talk in private chat if you ever need to.
