How much fluids are you taking in daily. Also, are you getting any exercise and I don't mean in the gym pumping weights. If you can get out for a walk twice a day it will get your bowels moving. So lots of water and 2 walks a day. If may take you awhile to become dis-impacted but keep it up and you will become regular. When I was abusing opiates I wouldn't got to the bathroom sometimes up to 3 weeks and that's no joke. I ate little and laid around on the couch depressed and feeling sorry for myself. That's what addiction leads to and your bowels get lazy along with the rest of you. So you have to retrain your body which really doesn't take long mainly because we are built to go daily anyway... Good luck... Dave
I am on 16-20mgs a day and i am consapated really bad. I was taking collace too and it didn't do anything at all. So i was trying every thing I could find, finally what worked for me was Bisacodyl 5mg tablets. Sometimes I couldn't go for up to 9 or 10 days and got sick to where I couldn't eat or anything. So now I take 3-4 of the bisacodyl the night before I want to go, ussually every 2-3 days and it cleans me right out. It's the only solution I could come up with. Hopfully this will work for you to. Good luck.
