for the first apptment if i dont test posssitive for opiates will the dr turn me down for the suboxone treatment?? i ask because it only sstays in your body for a couple of days and i have beeen trying to quit, i dont wanna do it, i dont wanna spend the money on drugs anymore. so i dont do it every day. im worried that i will get turnd down and then i will have to feel like this for up to a month! also i smoke marijuanna everyday will he make me quit both opiates and weed all at once?
I recently started a suboxone program and I didn't test positive for opiates, I hadn't done any oxy for over a week. But, I was upfront and honest with the Doc, told him I wanted to quit and that I didn't want to have the cravings anymore, which was what was always bringing me back to using, and he still put me on the program. I guess, it all depends on the doc. However, I was told that once on the program you can't test positive for any other drugs (including marijuana) or they would kick me out of the suboxone treatments.
It sounds to me like your trying to get on the right track , You have to make a decision one way or the other drugs or subs. Iam for medical weed however that does not work for everybody meaning some people get stoned drink then want to use. Sometimes you have to look a the big picture if you are very serious about your life with no oips than stick to the subs and get hard core Iam looking at 1 year next week July 8th CLEAN is awesome it gives you the most incredible feeling of power and at this point I now have the most determination I have ever had FIGHT THE RIGHT FIGHT--- KOOL BREEEZ
