Actually, it does matter, and there have been studies done. Just Google "migraines and geography." As a migraine sufferer myself, one of my major triggers is the weather, specifically fluctuations in barometric pressure. High temperature and humidity take a real toll on me! But as the studies show, everyone is different when it comes to triggers.
