after playing golf in hot weather get cramps in groin and/or legs.
all the cramps occur +- 3-4 hours after the execise
WATER WATER ..those cramps are from dehydration. It could be eleviated by keeping hydrated and a banana. Eating a banana before the strenuous excersize not only gives you a ton of energy but will help with the muscle cramps. You could also stretch your muscles before the start of your strenuous activity. Hope this helps. :)
