For the last few weeks I have been experiencing a very strange tingling sensation in the middle of my forehead. There are no other symptoms before, during, or after, and it only lasts a few seconds. I researched this but all I've found are people experiencing something similar during meditation, but this happens to me at very random times. It literally feels like something is moving around under the skin, which is... unsettling. Any ideas?
You say you suffer from severe clinical depression. Do you also suffer from anxiety? Often the two go together.
Head tingling can be a symptom of anxiety.
The tingling may affect just one area all the time, or may shift around, and can come and go. It rarely persists indefinitely. It may precede, accompany, or follow an escalation of other anxiety sensations and symptoms, or may occur by itself for no obvious reason.
