What can I drink to stop the jumpy legs?
Hi, you need to do everything you can think of to relieve anxiety... Don't drink caffeine after midday, stay away from soda drinks that contain aspartame... get some exercise every day, going for a walk, outside, the fresh air and vitamin D from the sun will help, and ideally some kind of light indoor physical exercise about an hour or 2 before you go to bed. Don't do anything stimulating before bed, read or do mindfulness exercises rather than watch TV or use the computer. You can try using compression leggings or cold or warm compresses on your legs. Having something 'heavy' on your legs, such as a thick blanket tucked in could also help. If this continues, ask your doctor for a short term course of Pregabalin or similar
