Hi, BarTar! As fashion said, you need to talk with your doctor about a reducing dosage schedule you would take over several weeks.
Also, if you're stopping your Wellbutrin because you don't feel it's helping you could discuss a dosage change or switching to a different medication.
SAM e may very well help with arthritis pain, maybe not so much for depression.

What I did was just slowly decrease my daily dose until I was down to none. Did it over like a 3 week time period. Theirs no exact science to it. Just like a half a dose less a week or something. Main thing with it is to just not stop cold turkey or u may have undesirable withdraw symptoms.
