why do they put you into twlight sleep to give you a injection in your neck at c5-c6 . i have bad luck with the injections in my lowerback . and im scared .
The reason why the doctors have to putyou in twilight sleep is because you can't move when they inject the steroid into your spine.
If you move when they put the needle in your spine, you could become paralized.
Some people feel better after one injection. Some people end up having several injections before any relief is felt. Then there are some people like me that the injections don't help at all.
I wish you the best of luck.
