I have been on Stelara for AS for about five months. Prior, I have been on Simponi IV, Simponi subcutaneous, Enbrel, and Humira.
I can't knock Stelara given how many drugs I have tried before, but give it a shot. It works completely different from anti-TNF.
Novartis also has a similar drug (secukinumab) that's similar to Stelara in action but it targets different "IL" numbers.
Am I happy with Stelara? I am still house bound at 29. But again, after failing all those TNFas it might be me. I am in Canada and still waiting for secukinumab approval for AS.
Anyway, there ya go.
