This has been going for the last 3 months. My diet has not change. And I havent been changing my daily schedule. Today I ate a very large meal with lots of protein. I was so full right after that, that my stomach was bloated. Then literally 5 minutes later I was so starving that my stomach actually hurt.
According to the endocrine society this may be several things such as excessive stomach acid, this can make you feel hungry extremely hungry after you eat. However, the more serious consideration could be type 2 diabetes it comes on gradually and you can drink then become thirsty right after, you can eat and then become seriously hungry right after. This is the more serious of what it could be and visiting a dr may be in your best interest because if it is serious and you let it go you may be in trouble I hope this helped
