Ok so here goes, I'm starting to take birth control pills and decided to just wait for my period to come so I can start my first new pack which will be soon and apparently it's more effective that way right? But I have 27 active pills and 7 placebo pills do I finish this whole pack with the placebo pills and then after wards start the second new pack but the next time I get my period the second pack that I've already am using means I'll be on the placebo pills but don't have to actually take it (since it's just optional to remind you to take the pill usually) and just go on from there? A little confused with starting the pill on my period about this, hope I gave you much information to help me out!

I know that but what I'm asking is when I take the pill on the first day of my period that's when I'll be starting my first BC, am I just continuously taking it? For example; when I'm done my first pack of pills that's when I start the next pack and the next month I get my period that's when I won't be taking the sugar pills. Then continue on from there, instead of me starting a new pack when I get my next period. Is that understandable?
