Am I eating the right kind of foods - bagel for breakfast with very low fat cheese, weight watcher meal for lunch with fruit either pasta or lean meat for evening meal. I thought I would have lost at least a couple of pounds by now and am disappointed. Would somebody confirm? Thanks, much appreciated.
Im on 3rd day and I have fruit and fibre cereal with a coffee for breakfast, I have either soup or a ham salad sandwich on sandwich thins for lunch and dinner is chicken breast pieces with pasta and peppers, tomato spring onion or any veg I fancy. I drink plenty of water. I can't exercise much I only do about a 10 minute walk as I can't manage more and I I weighed 20-5lbs 3 days ago and now I'm 20-7lbs even tho eating way healthier and taking orlistat so I do hope I start to shift weight soon.
