Dr prescribed 3 capsules (10mg each) at bedtime. First night I took 3 and did not wake at all until 2pm which was 14 hours. Called to ask. Got no response. So I took only 2 on second day & went to sleep earlier. Still I was solid asleep for about 11 hours. So frustrated with just this issue, I do not even know if it is helping anything else. Am I wrong for lowering my daily use?
Laurie gave you a great answer,I just want to touch on a few other things you should stay on the prescribed dose until you speak with the doctor But by no means are you wrong for dropping one capsule. But you should check with the doctor this helps you sleep and also helps reduce stress through the day, Glad you are sleeping but you can't sleep past the time but it does get better when you first start a new medication they hit us harder like this more sedative effect but it should get better and you should too as the beginning dose does not hit you as hard..Best of luck
