My psychiatrist wants me to get up to 30 mg x 2 daily. I'm at 10 mg now. I get dizzy for an hour. My anxiety is a lot less. Anyone have the same experience? Does it help raise mood as well?
It is an anxiety medication not really intended to raise mood though it may inadvertently. When you take the Buspar always take it with food or always take it without food, but don't switch between the two. This will help to keep any fluctuation in blood levels and may well help the dizziness.
