Rdsmith2464; Yes but it's really right up there with most of the others in this class which is why they do so many blood test. And watch the patient Also many of the times when they go to this one it is from lack of response or knowing they are not going to respond to other medication. So as with many other medications, the doctor or doctors have to way the benefits far outweigh the negative effects that could happen. And I can tell you there is a lot of this medication dispensed for people of all ages. And myself have not seen anyone taken off of this because of Liver problems. Which they also have to watch close for mental health issues and several other things but really it is very well tolerated. Good luck sure all well go well for you all.
