It's been 2 weeks. I think I'm eating right. I've started to think about what I'm about to eat and if it's bad. I use to just eat whatever but in portions which wasn't working. Because I would eat junk food the same way. So now I'm drinking a meal replacement with protein in the morning 10am.. 2-3pm I would Eat rice and chicken or soup whatever I cook. No junk food anymore. And another meal replacement before 7pm. No snacking really. Appetite is pretty much suppressed. No exercise as yet! Problem now is I think I hit a plateau notice no weight lose.. I take 1 pill a day as recommended. Don't think I'm drinking a gallon of water but I am drinking water. Need help! Maybe it might help better if I finally start exercising??
