It's been 2 weeks. I think I'm eating right. I've started to think about what I'm about to eat and if it's bad. I use to just eat whatever but in portions which wasn't working. Because I would eat junk food the same way. So now I'm drinking a meal replacement with protein in the morning 10am.. 2-3pm I would Eat rice and chicken or soup whatever I cook. No junk food anymore. And another meal replacement before 7pm. No snacking really. Appetite is pretty much suppressed. No exercise as yet! Problem now is I think I hit a plateau notice no weight lose.. I take 1 pill a day as recommended. Don't think I'm drinking a gallon of water but I am drinking water. Need help! Maybe it might help better if I finally start exercising??
Try counting your calories, maybe you are intaking too much from the meal replacements. If you’re not hungry for one portion of the day I’d say go for a sugar free jello or something (10 calories) and wait till your next time to eat. Veggies are also very low in calories. Things like that. See if that makes a difference and drinkkkkkk water. If you are not drinking enough you will hold extra water weight. Using the bathroom for me makes a big difference lol. This is my first 7 days on phentamine and I’ve lost 5 lbs (no exercise, minimal physical activity). Though that’s great, I’ve done similar diets with counting my calories and managed to have lost 30 lbs before. It’s a lot easier on phentamine I will say this time around, especially because before I always used to be so hungry and I did have to walk for at least 30 min every day. Let me know how it’s going, I realize I’m a year late lol.
