Well I was on depo from the time my youngest was born to last year in April he is 2 switched out bc and still no peroid so o gyn took me all the way off bc to see if anything would happen is this normal and on otc bc for a year still no peroid yet
It can take up to 18 months to get your fertility back from the point your last shot was due. For some women, it's sooner.
If you want to help things along, then as long as you're not using any hormonal birth control, you can use a natural product called Agnus Castus (Vitex in the USA). It works to naturally balance your hormones. I use the A. Vogel brand. It's made a huge difference to me.
