... the pack begins? In other words, do I start on the Sunday after my period starts? Or skip to day of week my period starts?
My physician told me I could start taking it immediately. I didn't start taking it until the first day of my period like I had with other birth controls (just what I was used to), but since Nora Be is a small dose you take every day with no placebo pills you can start it whenever. The other birth controls that use two hormones encourage you to start them on the first day of your period so your period will come at the same time as it has been each month.
