I have been on Venlafaxine for 75mg twice a day for approximately for six months. The issue that I have noticed, and my wife strongly agrees, is that I get very angry and aggressive when ask questions and/or opinion or certain things. I allow things, for instant politics and issues with our country, as if I can solve them and when I discuss with someone that questions or tell me their opinion or don't agree with me I become very angry and agressive and can't seem to let things go. I have been taking ant-depressants since 1994 when I had an pulmonary embolism. My doctor started on anti-depressants for anxiety and panic attacks. Before venafaxine I was taking Sertraline but switched due to cost. Can you help me with this question?
