I have been taking phentermine for 9 days - the first 6 days I lost 10 lbs! Now for the past three combined I have only dropped another 1/2 lb total. I am eating around 1000 calories a day, drinking about 10 glasses of water a day, taking a multivitamin, a 2500mg B12, and stool softener for the slight constipation. Is this normal? Is there anything I can and should do differently to maximize results? I also started doing 45 min a night on the elliptical 3 days ago.
