If Spironolactone doesn't end up working out for me then what are my other options for (hormonal) acne? I've tried antibiotics, ointments, birth control (Yaz, Lo Loestrin Fe, Mononessa), and Accutane (isotretinoin). Are there other antiandrogenic medications like Spironolactone that can be used for acne? I'm just worried about what I will do if Spironolactone doesn't work or if I have to discontinue it because of side effects. I don't want to have to take Accutane again because it makes my hair fall out in clumps and causes every little cut or scrape I get take weeks/ months to heal - Plus my acne just ends up coming back after about a year post anyways.
