My dermatologists prescribes me spironolactone 50 mg for treatment hair loss but i have low blood pressure 100/60 and my first tablet made me pass out few times and I couldn’t get up from bed so tired and dizzy,i have to call out for work.I stopped to take them ,i was wondering if anything out there to treat androgenic hair lost without this tablet or some other that will not lower my blood pressure?
There are many treatments for androgenetic alopecia and I would encourage you to sit down with your physician to review. Options include topical minoxidil, oral minoxidil, laser therapy, antiandrogens (spironolactone, off label finasteride), birth control, platelet rich plasma, and hair transplantation.
