I have been having a large amount of swelling in my calves and ankles. Family Dr. tried water pill for 10 days with no change. She believe it is the soriatane. She suggested drinking lots of water and keeping my legs up. The water is do-able but the legs up is difficult with working. Any suggestions?
My derm MD started acitretin/Soriatane 10 mg every other day on Dec 2 for psoriasis on my hands and ankles & history of skin cancers. I have some Rt ankle swelling before the Rx and had started using compression socks that I got from Kolh's. They seem to help but I saw my PCP a couple of weeks ago about the ankle swelling and she said that my vessels leak from age (70). PCP also said to do swimming exercise and continue with the compression socks. Good luck.
