his flare-up. he continues to go all the time. he was put on Bentyl as was I, for my irritable bowel. Has anyone else been prescribed remicade and did it work? and what did work for you? I hate this disorder and what it's doing to my son. Thanks for your help.
I don't know of anyone who has been on Remicade for Crohn's disease ... but the link below has some reviews that you may find useful. All the best.
My daughter has crohns. Difficult to manage but remicade helped consider ably. It takes several treatments. 4week intervals at first and gradually increasedto 8 weeks. Still uses pentasa and methotrexate as well. 2 years into treatments. Your GI should be explaining this to you. She has not had any more secondary outbreaks except for episcleritis flares. Watch the diet and good luck.
