... Been on every med known to man. Nothing helps pls advise
The sleep studies didn't help huh? Well I also have tried a lot of sleep meds. Finally I found Trazadone. It has worked for me better and longer than any other medicine. Every now and then, not too often, I need something else. I turn to remeron. It also works for short term insomnia. I've never had short term anything. All I can say is keep trying different meds as new one come out all the time. There are other options like exercise meditation diet things like that. I'm sure you've tried them too huh? Well good luck and I hope you get some sleep soon.
Trazadone is a good one to take. I have ADHD and anxieties so I have a terrible time trying to sleep as well. it really sucks when you cant sleep. right now I take xanex for my anxieties so I take 2mg at bedtime and it helps me get to sleep and at least get 5-6 hrs of sleep. however they are trying to find me something else because you're only suppose to be on it for only 6 weeks, well I've been on it for 3 years now. Good luck! please let me know what they decide to give you to help.
