I have been having bouts of gastritis for a while. I had a scope done and it shows that it's located where my esophagus meets my stomach. I really want to get this thing healed. I have been eating Greek yogurt, salads, soup, and Granola and cereal just fine. Can someone tell me some safe and healthy ideas that I can incorporate into my diet? I want vegetables but heard some are hard to digest but not sure which ones. Thanks for any help
I had ulcers there, and when I asked my doc about diet, he told me as long as I take my medication every day, that there was nothing I can't eat, just don't drink alcohol or smoke. Over the years I've found some foods that don't agree with me, mostly fatty food.(no its not my gallbladder, that's gone).
