Any help appreciated I don't leave my house cause being around people gets too hard even when my family comes over I don't leave my room I will even pretend to sleep just to avoid talking to them it feels like people don't understand me I'm worrying about everything I do my back will start sweating and I will try to leave as soon as they are not looking my mind won't stop it got even worse after my mother died I can't work
I have heard of and read journal articles that suggest that cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT) is effective in treating and curing social anxiety. It can be frightening at first but a lot of those protective barriers you have erected, need to come down a bit and it's a bit by bit process. A good therapist will guide you through it. If I can be socialized just about anyone can be I guess.
