What can I do??
Keep it clean, put Neosporin and a dry dressing on it twice a day. Don't wear shoes that put any pressure on it. Keep your foot elevated as much as possible. And above all keep your blood sugar under control. These wounds take months to heal, so you have to be patient.
Don't use betadine or peroxide in any form, use only salt water to clean it.
