Inside my vagina it is slightly raw and red , when I stick my finger inside it feels like a slightly bumpy surface , around the edges looks like lottle pieces of hanging skin.
You can have a slightly bumpy surface in your vagina and it can be normal. Could the hanging skin be little bits of the yeast or the medication? Both are whitish and can look like what you describe. You can test this theory by wiping the areas with toilet paper. That should remove what you see. I'm guessing you know that your vagina is normally full of tucks and rolls of uneven skin, including some very thin edges, that are capable of significant expansion into a much larger opening for sex and childbirth.
