i take sleeping at 1o pm i awakein 4 to5 hours can not go back to sleep . unless its where i should not it crazy istay tired and washed out. cant sleep when i should but fall aslep at unusual times
No reason for being on sleeping pills has been provided, nor the length of time the pills have been used, nor the type of meds you are on.
Increased need for sleep & falling asleep @ unusual times or places might be due to an underlying illness.
please contact your Doctor immediately & inform him/her of the difficulties you are experiencing even while taking a prescribed medication.
Please do not use others' medication nor attempt to diagnose & treat your sleeping disorder. Some potential diagnosis include: sleep apnea, narcolepsy, depression & a host of other problems.
also avoid using alcohol while on sleeping pills.

Hello jinnysyl. There is a survey named the "Epworth Sleepiness Scale" In eight different situations you are asked a question. For example How likely are you to doze off or fall asleep while sitting and reading. Then you are asked to choose from 0, would never doze to 3 a high chance of dozing.
