Just wondering if any one has any tips to help me sleep, or help improve my sleep. Most nights I can barely stay asleep for a couple hours and then it takes me forever to fall back asleep. On the nights that I do manage to sleep, even if I sleep 8 hours, I'm still exhausted in the morning as if I didn't sleep at all.
Do you have fibro? Hints for sleeping-have regular bed times, stay away from tv and computer 2 hrs before bed, the light stops your melatonin production, Sometimes a glass of milk before bed helps, it can be cold. A good mattress is imperative. To stay asleep, I take melatonin extended release tabs. I have a problem waking up in the middle of the night and not going back to sleep for hrs. So I take that. Have the room dark and quiet. This can mean even your alarm clock if it thows allot of light, can cause a problem.
