Ok, here's MY experience, not medical advice... I've been on Nuvigil 250 mg + 50 mg as needed for excessive sleepiness. Through the years being in this, I've been on the following anti-depressants: Pristiq (currently), abilify, amitriptoline, Wellbutrin, Prozac, Paxil, Zoloft, Cymbalta and Brintellix!!! No issues other than the last one mentioned which gave very strange side effect of serious weird smell that would wake me from my sleep. As a long-time sufferer of SEVERE narcolepsy, nothing short of an atom bomb can wake me from my sleep! Hope this rambling helps!!!
