My sleep is severely affected if I eat fish, vegetables (especially green vegetables), peas, lettuce, potatoes, oat meals, bananas, carrots, cauliflowers, broccoli. etc. Even if I eat a very small portion of any of these early in the day, I cannot sleep at night at all. Moreover, a minute of sunlight on my head also keeps me awake all night. But if I wear a hat, I am O.K. Sunlight on any other parts of my body is also just fine. I also cannot eat fruits because of the acidity they create.

It all started about 20 years ago when I had flue and severe fever (do not know what type of fever it was). The flue and the fever went away soon after but left me with lasting problems. I also have a digestive question (somehow related to above) that I will ask separately.

I would greatly appreciate your expert advise on this.
