Can to much sleep cause problems for mental & physical functions?

Hi Seekerone,
I would think it would depend upon the cause. Why are you sleeping too much? Are you depressed, depression can cause a person to sleep too much. Have you recently been ill? If so, you can get quite run down and feel fatigued often.

Hi Seekerone,

I know when I get too much sleep it makes me feel tired and lazy. I also get headaches. You should only have 7 to 8 hours of sleep per night if you are an adult.
