I would not thank Jesus if I were in your predicament. If you get a whole extra minutes sleep it will mean... you went to sleep one whole minute earlier. If you ate less; like not after dinner at all and just have nice a warm cup of milk before bed. then everything is good. If you miss that before bed cake (the one you have to jam down your throat with a stick) then there is no help but therapy. Lots of it.
