I make make some of my own jewelry & do beading. This sometimes helps calm me out of an anxiety/panic attack. Maybe doing proactive things help as well?
Hello ChrisDeLeo. Medications are a tool to help one with an diagnosis, illness. IIf you feel and rightly that a drug or combination of might help, certainly ask your therapist. If you cannot sleep for days, you should result to taking something for sleep. Even if you have trouble getting to sleep for hours or wake up in the night and cannot fall back to sleep, it is time! You need to get your body sleep clock back to a regular routine as much as possible. If you want something natural try Melatonin from the pharmacy to see if that is all you need before requesting a prescription from your doctor.

I feel that someone should consider the possibility of taking drug treatment from a licensed psychiatrist or pcp, when it gets so bad to the point that it is affecting there everyday life, sleep, work, associating with others, isolating and so on... if you feel this is all happening to u maybe it's time to talk to one of these doctors about it and see what they think, but in the end it's up to you if you want to be on meds or not!! best of health to u...
