she's been that way since she was a toddler. It doesnt seem to affect her mood, or education, but she's get's bored at nite when no one else is awake. should I be worried?
Hello jodiberghuis. I would say no. I have several nieces, both who are now in thier teenage years, much the same as your daughter. Both excell in thier grades. Its often this way, generally the younger you are the more sleep is required, example, pre-teen, teenage years. Well,I wouldn't worry. As you said, shes alert etc. If she has a hobby, that might help her during her awake hours. Best to you, and again, I really would not be concerned.
I have two relatives that have these same issues, their parents have concerns but they do not seem to have any physical problems or other issues the grades are above average at school I agree with Pledge I don't think you have anything to be concerned about. they are not moody nor does their appear to be anything different than the others their age. please take care and we wish you only the best
