I have been bleeding for a month now(which is not normal for me) after not bleeding for 2 months. My doctor is rec. birth control but i have never had any type of birth control and im 25. I was just wondering if this is going to help stop the bleeding ?
Your doctor has recommended it for a good reason presumably. The IUD releases a tiny dose of an artificial hormone, levonorgestrel, for a period of three years and hopefully will help regulate and normalize your body's natural cycle. Hopefully your doctor is an OBGYN or has some knowledge or experience as such.
