I got Skyla put in three weeks ago, and I have suddenly gained four pounds since then. My eating habits have not changed. Has this happened to other people? Will the weight go away on it's own or do I have to diet strictly? (Is it water weight or actual fat) For it to be actual fat, I would have had to eat over 650 too many calories every day, suddenly. And I did not. I eat about 1,600 calories every day. How could my body suddenly only need 950 calories a day, and convert the rest into fat?
