... couple days later blood started coming from entry of sore
First off, whatever you do don't discontinue the antibiotics. It's imperative to continue to take the antibiotics especially if you've been diagnosed with MRSA.
MRSA is not a skin infection to be taken lightly. If it gets into your bloodstream and becomes systemic (throughout your body) you'll become much sicker. The first sign & symptoms could include fever, chills and malaise.
It's possible the blood that is now coming from the original sore could be a hematoma.
If it were me I would go back to the doctor ASAP to make sure your on the correct antibiotic and more importantly no other systemic (whole body) symptoms such as fever have occurred.
Depending upon the size of the sore the doctor may decide to drain the wound. By draining the sore you would decrease the chance of further infection.
Best of luck
