my disease doesnt get transfered to others, it was with me more then 10 years, i have consulted many doctors thay say its Syringoma and genetic, i am worried as its spreading all over the body and my face too, it doesnt itch, its like a red spot, am also worried it may transfer to my children... please advice
Hello and welcome to DC. Though it may spread... there isn't any potential, for instance, to it turning into something else like cancer. It appears as little bumps under the eye lids and other places. They can be mistaken for genital warts, too. But they are not that and don't have the potential for changing into anything else like that.
They can be removed by laser, too. If you are concerned with their appearance, I would seek a good dermatologist and have them removed. Lots of people do that.
There is no way of telling if your children will be affected by this... it isn't deadly and doesn't usually inhibit ones activities.
I wish you well and if you want children... then I wish you all the luck and love in the world and may all of your dreams come true.
I agree with Marys answer. It's a benign tumor of the sweat glands from what I know & is not a condition that you have to worry about that much. Be thankful it's benign & not malignant. Do you remember anyone in your family having this? If it's genentic it doesn't nessicarily mean your children will have it too. Read up about this condition to ease your mind. Try googling it, & I think you will feel better for it after reading as much as you can. I wish you the best...
