I was told each spot can last up to 2 years but some are going on 5 years and now really spreading. I am horrified that they might cover my entire body.
I am 49 years old and had the punch test. The biopsy was Granuloma Annulare. I have researched info and have come to the conclusion to take gluten out of my diet. Time will tell...
It is a long-term chronic skin disease consisting of a rash with reddish bumps arranged in a circle or ring. The condition is usually seen in otherwise healthy people. Occasionally, it may be associated with diabetes or thyroid disease.
